Emerging Brands - a dedicated zone of new and up and coming talent and companies - will be launched at September's 100% Design exhibition in London.
Exhibition organiser Media 10, which acquired the trade event back in January, says the area will feature young designers such as wallpaper creator Kirath Ghundoo and furniture design studio JiB.
Other events - notably the Milan Furniture Fair through its SaloneSatellite hall - also feature dedicated areas for emerging interiors companies and designers.
Media 10 announced back in March it was to split out the influential event into four themed sub-categories: 100% Interiors; 100% Office; 100% Kitchens & Bathrooms and 100% Eco, Design & Build.
100% Design takes place at Earls Court in London from 19-22 September.
