Manufacturers' prices stable in June

Furniture inflation flat at 2.8%

Furniture manufacturers' price inflation was flat in June at 2.8 per cent, the same figure recorded for May.

The Office for National Statistics logs the data for its Producer Price Index series. April furniture manufacturers' price inflation was 2.6 per cent.

Across all manufactured goods, factory gate price inflation dropped from 2.9 per cent in May to 2.3 per cent in June.
