Southampton furniture retailer Interios has been forced to restructure the business after its landlord exercised a break clause that left it facing a dilapidation claim approaching £200,000.
HeliBeds, the regional chain offering same-day delivery across much of England, has restructured, but bed manufacturers are not among the creditors owed more than £2m by a prior trading company.
The administrator of Race for Furniture - the longstanding north east independent sold to rival retailer Michael O'Connor earlier this year - has told unsecured creditors saying they will not receive any of the £397,989 they are owed.
