How do I access the content on The Furnishing Report?
A: The Furnishing Report is a membership website, with all content behind our paywall. We offer two subscriptions — News and Omnia — providing varying levels of access. For more information about each subscription package, click here.
What is my username?
A: If you subscribed to the Furnishing Report yourself, your username would have been chosen by you on the first page of the subscription process. The sign in page contains a link to recover forgotten usernames. In the first instance, use this link. If, for any reason, that does not work, please contact us using the details in the Contact Us page. If your subscription was manually set up by The Furnishing Report, your username and password would have been emailed to you. Please check emails from us.
What is my password?

I can’t log in?
A: Assuming you have an up to date subscription, the most common reason for unsuccessful log in attempts is incorrectly entered usernames and/or passwords. Both usernames and passwords are case sensitive, and the system will not allow access if even one character is entered incorrectly.
I’ve entered my username and password correctly but still can’t log in?
A: Check your privacy settings. For example, blocking cookies — which allow the website to recognise the subscriber’s details — will prevent the system from allowing access. If you do not know how to unblock cookies, and are unable to find out how yourself after searching the Internet, please email us using the details in the Contact Us page and we will help.
I need a VAT receipt?
A: If you pay monthly or quarterly, you will receive a receipt from either Worldpay or PayPal confirming payments. If you need a full VAT receipt, please email us via the Contact Us page and we can either provide a VAT receipt for a requested period, or set you up to receive VAT receipts — via email — automatically every month/quarter.
Do you offer Corporate Subscriptions?
A: Yes, please contact us with details of the required number of accounts, and we will send through the pricing and payment options. In general, we ask for a minimum 12 month commitment.
I’m based overseas and shouldn’t be paying VAT on our subscription?
A: Please email us to arrange payment separately, rather than using the subscriptions system on our site.

How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Send us an email and we will cancel your subscription for you as soon as possible. Please ensure you provide us with enough detail to be able to identify the actual subscription account. If you pay monthly, or quarterly, you will also receive an automated confirmation email from our payment processor.
Can I share my subscription?
A: No, account sharing is against our Terms of Service
Can I log in on more than one device?
A: The system allows multiple log ins on several devices, such as on a laptop, tablet computer and a mobile phone.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my account?
Of course, contact us via email and we will provide all the options.
How do I log out?
Sessions are automatically logged out after a period of inactivity. If, however, you need to log out immediately, click on the My Details button in the menu bar and the log out button is towards the bottom of the page.
