Jutland, DEN. — Danish ready-to-assemble furniture manufacturer Tvilum has named Andrew Long as its new Chief Executive.

Mr Long — formerly Executive Vice President Commercial at the South Jutland firm — succeeds Robert Loring, who had held the post on an interim basis since the departure of prior CEO Peter Poulson Arndrup earlier this autumn.

His appointment completes a boardroom reshuffle, with Jørgen Iverson Executive Vice President Supply Chain and Brian Dysted Finance Director.

Tvilum was sold by Masco Corporation to investment group Revolution Capital late in 2013, a year in which the global flatpack furniture manufacturer grew sales by almost 4 per cent to around £163m.
