Dunelm has begun the search for a new non-executive director
Rachel Osborne, the new CFO at department store chain Debenhams, has resigned as a non-executive director of Dunelm, the furniture and homewares retailer.

Ms Osborne, who joined the Dunelm board earlier this year, is stepping down because her new role "has a competitive overlap" with Debenhams, Dunelm said in a stock market filing this morning.

Chairman Andy Harrison said Dunelm fully understood the decision and that "her executive career takes priority."

Dunelm has begun the hunt for a new non-executive director to replace her.
