Ecommerce retailer MattressOnline is raising money for Crisis, a charity supporting homeless and vulnerable people, with the cash to be used to provide a bed for the night and meals this Christmas.

The Rotherham based company has already beaten its initial target of raising £1,500, which will provide 50 people with a space at a Crisis Centre over the festive period.

Every £28 it raises on top of that will provide an extra place and prevent somebody from sleeping on the streets this Christmas.

The retailer is donating £1 from every customer sale to Crisis, and has additionally set up a Just Giving page where others can support the fundraising effort.
